Where We begin

There are seasons when something important asks for more room: a new chapter taking shape, something of your own you are ready to build, or a direction that has been quietly waiting for your attention.

You may know exactly what it is. Or you may first notice the noise around it: the overthinking and self-doubt, the constant rushing, the competing demands, or the sense that you have lost momentum toward something you care deeply about. What feels most urgent keeps taking over, while what matters most keeps waiting.

You may already have found valuable insight through therapy, journaling, or books. Insight matters. The next layer is bringing what you know into the moments when an old pattern appears, so you have more space to choose how you want to respond.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed goal. Together, we clarify what matters now and choose one meaningful 90-day goal.

The goal gives the work direction. The deeper change lies in how you trust and lead yourself as you move toward it.

What begins to shift

Zavaya Flow brings inner work into something real.

Sometimes, clarity can come faster than you expect. A focused coaching conversation creates space for reflective thinking and curiosity, helping you notice what is shaping your response, clarify the values you want to honor, and allow a choice that did not feel available before to emerge.

Zavaya Flow gives that shift somewhere to go. Across the five weeks, you practice it in the decisions and moments that are already part of your life, so a different response becomes more familiar and more available when it matters.

Clarity about what matters now

Separate what is truly yours from urgency, noise, and external expectations. Name what matters in this season and what you are ready to create next.

A pattern you can recognize

Understand the specific pattern beneath the friction, whether it appears as rushing, overfunctioning, self-doubt, avoidance, or pressure to get everything right.

Recognizing it as it arises gives you more choice in what comes next.

Courageous movement, without force

Identify the smallest aligned action that asks you to move beyond an old pattern. Not a dramatic leap, but a meaningful step that builds evidence that you can trust yourself.

A steadier way forward

Shape one or two supportive practices that fit your energy, responsibilities, and real life, including a smaller version for the days when your capacity is low.

Small by design. Personal by nature.

Zavaya Flow is intentionally both a group experience and a deeply personal one.

In the group sessions, you reflect, practice, and move alongside women bringing their own meaningful work. Being witnessed, and witnessing others, can help you recognize something in yourself that may have been difficult to see alone. You are always free to choose what you share and what remains private.

Brief workbook reflections help you bring the work into the moments where it matters. They are not assignments to complete perfectly, but a place to slow down, notice, and hear yourself more clearly.

Weekday support gives you somewhere to bring what is happening in real time, especially when an old pattern appears or a meaningful choice asks something of you.

The two private 1:1 coaching sessions focus entirely on you: your goal, the patterns shaping your movement, your responsibilities, and the season of life you are actually in.

After your first private session, you receive a personal Integration Snapshot capturing what emerged, the pattern and triggers beneath it, and one supportive experiment to bring into everyday life.

After your second private session, you receive a Final Integration reflecting the way you are learning to lead yourself, your focus for the next 90 days, and one or two sustainable practices shaped around your life.

Being part of Zavaya Flow was such a beautiful experience for me. I really loved being in a circle with other women, having a space where I could be completely honest and open without feeling judged.

It made me slow down and really look at myself, my thoughts, and some of the prejudices I carry about myself. I felt that something shifted for me during the process, especially in the way I reflected on myself and what I actually want and need.

If a friend asked me whether she should do Zavaya Flow, I would definitely tell her to go for it. I think sometimes you just need a safe space, the right questions and other women around you to help you see things a little differently.

Carry it forward

We close the way we began, together.

Each woman is invited to reflect on what shifted, what supported her, what did not, and what she learned about herself along the way. Some reflections may be shared. Others may remain private. There is room to speak, write, witness, or pass, depending on what feels right for you.

Those who wish may name what they are choosing for the next 90 days and the smallest way they can return when an old pattern appears.

Nothing needs to be performed or exposed for the work to be real. The intention is to leave with a more honest relationship with your own experience, a meaningful direction, and the knowledge that you can choose again.

The 30-Day Return

We gather once more to reconnect with what matters, notice what has held and what needs renewed attention, and choose again where needed.

The work of Zavaya Flow was purposeful and impactful without being a heavy lift. It helped me recognize that if I take a moment to pause, I can gain clarity and see that I have it within me to deal with tough situations. The Final Integration serves as a valuable reminder of the work I put in and the strengths within me. When I have moments of doubt, I can always go back to it and recenter.

Women who have done this work

You gave me a framework, and then the time and space to actually work through it with you. It was like holding up a mirror, but also holding my hand. A truly non-judgmental space where it didn’t matter what we saw. That’s what gave me the courage to look in that mirror and say, let’s open our eyes and see what’s really there, with the feeling of, it’s okay.

Zavaya Flow was a really nice way to draw attention inwards and reflect on my current state. It gave me small, manageable goals I could work toward. I learnt to give myself grace when I fall short of my own expectations, and to identify what external factors lead to overwhelm and stress for me personally. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a reset, to check in with themselves and reflect on what could help make day to day life better, a little at a time.

You may feel at home here if…

You are entering a new chapter, building something of your own, or returning to something that matters.

You sense that an important goal has been crowded out by urgency, responsibility, or self-doubt.

You are willing to meet familiar patterns with curiosity and take one small, courageous step at a time.

You value thoughtful reflection, honest conversation, and meaningful action over pushing harder.

You value both the connection of a small group and the care of private coaching.

You want inner work that connects to something real in your personal or professional life.

You do not need to arrive feeling completely clear, confident, or ready. The opening work is designed to help you understand what matters now and choose where you want to place your energy.

If you can see yourself in this work, I’d love to explore whether Zavaya Flow is the right room for you.

Before becoming a coach, I spent fifteen years in technology, moving from software engineering into product and executive leadership. As Chief Product Officer of a health-tech startup, I built and led product and engineering teams while helping the company grow from pre-revenue to seven figures.

Then I became a mom. From the outside, my life looked like success. Inside, something felt off. By the time my son was one, I was answering Slack messages during bedtime, physically with him but mentally elsewhere. I knew I did not want to keep succeeding at the cost of being present for my own life.

Working with a coach gave me space to hear myself again: what truly mattered, how I wanted to lead, and the woman I wanted to be. It also helped me find the clarity and self-trust to pursue a dream that had once felt impossible.

In 2024, pregnant with our daughter, I stepped away from my executive role and our family moved to Sri Lanka, where my husband and I both grew up. Surrounded by family and a slower way of living, that chapter gave me my first experience of success that felt grounded, deeply aligned, and truly my own.

I’d love to have you in the room.

Following an intimate five-woman pilot earlier this year, this first expanded cohort will bring together ten women leaders.

If you are still exploring, the next step is a short conversation about where you are and what is calling for change. If this is not the right room for you right now, I will be honest about that. You will leave with greater clarity either way.
